For some people once their favourite [tag]television[/tag] show has ended they become entrenched in the land of [tag]re-runs[/tag] while others continue to seek out whatever they can find to keep their favourite show alive.

Thankfully for those of us who hate to see a much loved show end there are those clever artists and writers out their who can keep it alive for us with virtual seasons.

A [tag]virtual season[/tag] basically is a series of episodes (often in a script format) that continue on where the show left off - usually offering images to match the story within.

Two such [tag]fandoms[/tag] that do this and that I’ve recently added to the main fanfic site are [tag]Buffy[/tag] and [tag]Xena[/tag].
