At Teitho, the challenge for June is Strange Encounter. What draws us to the world Tolkien created is not only the characters. To a large extent, it is also the fact that Middle Earth is a place of many wonders and surprises. To read Tolkien means exploring strange and unknown lands and people. And while Tolkien’s descriptions are full of detail, he leaves gaps as well. So who can know what creatures and wonders await at the far corners of Middle Earth - or just around the next bend in the path for that matter?
