From Wikipedia Sam McPherson and Brooke McQueen, students at Jacqueline Kennedy High School, are polar opposites. Brooke is a popular cheerleader, and Sam an unpopular journalist. Their respective groups are forced to socialize when Brooke’s father and Sam’s mother get engaged, and the two girls reluctantly begin sharing a house.

I’ve added a new section to the main fanfic site for Popular Fanfic - while it’s primarily centred around the relationship between Sam and Brooke the ratings do vary so make sure you check before reading.

As far as I know Popular never made it to the screens here in Aust so I don’t know a great deal about the show except it seems quite ‘popular’ when it comes to fanfic - as always I’d love to hear of any story recommendations or reviews you might have.

Just a few quickies here - I’ve been flat out (again) but while I had a bit of time I went in search of a new fandom to add to the site. While I was searching I came across this site which in turn gave me a link to another site: International Fanfiction Awards Society (IFFAS.) - A great idea and is open to any fandom, genre, rating etc etc - so jump on in and submit your favourite fanfic and let the writers know how much you appreciate it.

Dexter Fanfiction

I haven’t had the chance to watch this show at all so I really can’t tell you too much about it, other than the fact that those that do watch it think it’s great.

Based on the novel Darkly Dreaming Dexter and adapted for television the show first aired in 2006 on Showtime. Set in Miami, the series centres on Dexter Morgan, a serial killer who works for the Miami Metro Police Department as a blood pattern analyst.

I’ve added some Dexter Fanfic links to the main site, and as normal will add more as I find them, if you have any recommendations or reviews etc please don’t hesitate to let me know.
