Review:
Initially this was a weekly serial posted on Yahoo groups, but now you can find the whole four seasons at the above link.
This story follows Harper and Kelsey and their lives in the world of television. Each week/episode shows a different point of view as they first meet and struggle to work together, then slowly join their lives and families. One of my all time favourite stories and if you're looking for something to really sink your teeth into this is it. It has a little of everything, lol out loud comedy and angst to give you a lump in your throat.
With 3 seasons of 24 episodes each and the fourth and final season with 13 you got plenty of reading to settle down with.
Whether you're a Xena fan or I strongly recommend you set everything else aside and take a look at this one.

Review: Castaway
Fandom: Xena
Pairing: Uber
Rating: Alternative - Adult as some expicit (if funny) scenes
Author: Name: Advocate and Fanatic
Story Link: Castaway (hopefully still available. This story has been published)
A take off of/send up of shows like Survivor this was one of the funniest stories going around (this along with Advocate's (Blayne Cooper) 'A Story Of Me') you really need to read it, and find out what happens behind the scenes of a reality tv show :-) . The story was published but if you're lucky you can still find an online version at the link above. It's the story of Shannon (uberG) who works for a tv network that wants to increase its ratings with its own version of a reality tv show who ends up reluctantly becoming part of the show where she mets Ryan (uberX) a paranoid - well you'll just have to read it to see :-) contestant. Just be prepared to chuckle.

Angst 5 Stars: I genuinely recommend this story
The personal demons of two women explode which causes others to take things into their own hands to try to fix the issues. Can these two, plus all of the other players deal with the aftermath of the things put into play?
Over all, this was a very good story. I got hooked and couldn’t put it down. The character development was awesome. You really felt like you got to know both women, plus their families. The plot was really well thought out. I would have loved to see more, but that is just me. I am a fan of the epic tales. This was by no means a short story, but it wasn’t so long that would need to have rations dropped in. The imagery was great. You could actually see where they were, and could feel what they felt. It is highly addictive, and the sex factor? Oh my! It got really steamy in some spots.
Some things stuck with me and made me chuckle a little. Sara’s fondness for food. Simone using the phrase “I have many skills”. They even had to set up camp, and it almost felt like a Xena episode, but set in modern days. It was great. I would tell anyone (and I have) to go read this story. You wouldn’t be disappointed.
